These general conditions govern the sale of tickets and services related to Villa Valmarana ai Nani (services include booking visits, individual or guided tours, multimedia equipment rentals, and experiences). Even if any of the rules in this regulation are found to be inapplicable, the other rules will remain fully effective.

Access to Villa Valmarana ai Nani
All customers/visitors must have a valid ticket (or voucher) to enter the Villa.
If the ticket is lost, stolen, duplicated, or obtained contrary to these terms, the customer/visitor is not allowed to access the monument and may be required to leave.
Under no circumstances will Palazzina e Foresteria di Villa Valmarana s.r.l. replace lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets or tickets that are partially illegible.
Pre-sold tickets cannot be transferred for a fee or intermediated.
Palazzina e Foresteria di Villa Valmarana s.r.l. assumes no responsibility for any expenses or damages, direct or indirect, of any kind, suffered by the customer/visitor in relation to the sale of tickets and associated services.
The customer/visitor must show the access ticket either in paper or digital form on their device.
In the case of purchasing reduced or free tickets via phone or internet, the customer/visitor must present appropriate documentation at the ticket office or to the access control personnel to prove eligibility for the requested discount.

 

Right of Withdrawal and Modification
Once payment is made, the transaction cannot be canceled, and the ticket (including the booking right and any additional services purchased) is non-refundable.

 

Purchases by Minors
The sales service on the website www.villavalmarana.com is for users aged 18 or older.

Access and Admission RulesThe voucher is the only recognized access document.
The customer/visitor must verify the correctness of the booking, for which confirmation is sent via email. If there are inaccuracies or if the confirmation email has not been received, they must contact Palazzina e Foresteria di Villa Valmarana s.r.l. immediately via email at info@villavalmarana.com for necessary modifications. No further changes can be requested directly at the ticket office.

 

Balance and Reserved Area
For group bookings, you can use the designated reserved area.
The user must pay a deposit at the time of booking. It is possible to change certain services before the balance date via the reserved area.
The deposit is non-refundable, and the booking cannot be canceled. After the balance deadline (7 days before the entry date), no modifications can be made in the reserved area, and payment must be completed.
If the user does not meet the payment deadline, it is their responsibility to contact Villa Valmarana ai Nani.
If the customer arrives for the visit with an incomplete booking and the payment has not been settled, Villa Valmarana reserves the right to decide how to proceed.

 

Guided Tour Service
In case of booking tickets that include the guided tour service, please note that the service will be provided up to 30 minutes after the scheduled time. After this period, the guide may decide whether to wait for the group or not.

Extraordinary Closures of Palazzina and Foresteria di Villa Valmarana ai Nani
Palazzina e Foresteria di Villa Valmarana s.r.l. reserves the right to close the Villa or parts of it to the public for special events or occasions.
No discounts are given in case of temporary works or setups that may require the closure of parts of the property (indoor/outdoor).
Palazzina e Foresteria di Villa Valmarana s.r.l. reserves the right to withdraw, modify, suspend, or interrupt entry for technical and/or organizational reasons, or at the request of the monument’s owner or public safety authorities.

 

Data Storage and Access
Personal data collected during the registration and purchase process will be stored by Palazzina di Villa Valmarana s.r.l., solely for the necessary time to fulfill administrative and management obligations for the purchase and sale of access tickets and will not be communicated or shared with third parties.
